Company History

World Energy Solutions, Inc. (WES”) is a Florida-based corporation with principal executive offices located in St. Petersburg. WES is a publicly traded, fully reporting Energy Services Company (ESCO) and electronics manufacturer traded on the OTCBB – symbol WEGY.

Primary operations began in 1984 as Professional Technical Systems, Inc. (PTS), a leading manufacturer of transient voltage surge protection equipment used in healthcare, manufacturing, education, and retail industries. Since then, in over twenty years, PTS has significantly expanded its product line and has emerged as WES. In January 2005, PTS executed an exclusive agreement with RJD Technologies, Inc. (RJD) for exclusive rights to market and manufacture lighting and motor controllers. Later, in September 2005, PTS executed an agreement with UTEK, a technology transfer company, for the rights to market and manufacture a clean air system. Then, in November 2005, PTS merged with and assumed the name of World Energy Solutions, (OTCBB: WEGY) . Shortly after the merger, WES acquired the right, title, and interest in the patent –for the method and apparatus for production of hydrogen and oxygen. Late in 2006, WES assembled their existing management team and set out to execute their business plan.
